It suits VESA compliant displays with 75mm x 75mm (3" x 3"), 100mm x 100mm (4" x 4") and 100mm x 200mm (4" x 8") mounting hole patterns. This Multi Swing Arm supports Flat Panel Displays up to 18kgs (39lbs). I'm using this for a single 30" LCD monitor. I replaced my two 19" side-by-side which had expensive arms that attached to the desk. I gave those to my wife and put this mount on the wall in front of my desk. I was concerned that I wouldn't have enough travel to get the monitor close enough to me (my desk is 36" deep), but it is just fine. I was also able to mount the LCD to the arm by myself. If you don't have much upper body strength, you'd definately want some help.

I installed this mount for a 23" Samsung LCD HDTV and it was a piece of cake. The mount is very well made and very versatile with three different configurations. This is also one of the few mounts that included a true VESA 100 x 200 mounting plate. I could not any of the "universal" VESA 200 x 200 plates many vendors use (they just have extra holes for VESA 100 x 200 ) since they covered up some of the ports on the back of the Samsung TV.
The only complaint I have is that I wish they offered it in a black version. Other than that -- this a great product.

This was a bargin compared to other mounts on the market. Very easy to install with many differnt positions with the swing are design.
